The following describes the terms on which we offer our on-line purchase service:

Delivery Policy

Unless otherwise stated, dispatch of products ordered online from MarQuest is normally within 14 days from receipt of order and payment confirmation. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that dispatch is achieved within this period, MarQuest reserve the right to exceed this period should circumstances dictate. In such cases, customers will be informed of the anticipated delay at our earliest convenience,

MarQuest can only take on-line orders for delivery within the European Union. For orders where delivery outside the European Union is required, please contact MarQuest directly via email on sales@marquest.com or via telephone on +44 (0)1482 886161

Every effort is made to ensure that goods ordered from MarQuest reach the customer in perfect condition. However, if for any reason goods are delivered which are faulty or damaged, MarQuest should be contacted via email on sales@marquest.com or via telephone on +44 (0)1482 886161. 

Payment Policy

Confirmation of payment for online orders is normally required prior to dispatch of goods. Payment can be made automatically via credit/debit cards during the on-line order procedure. Alternative payment arrangements can under some circumstances be arranged with MarQuest. To discuss other payment options contact MarQuest via email on sales@marquest.com or via telephone on +44 (0)1482 886161.

Payments will be taken in UK Pounds Sterling. Where payments involve conversion from other currencies, the exchange rate issued by HSBC UK will be used. 

Cancellation Policy

It is not MarQuest's normal policy to accept order cancellations or offer refunds on goods purchased on-line
