- If the candidate cancels within four weeks of the course start date then 50% of the fees are refundable.
- If the candidate cancels within two weeks of the course start date then the fees are non-refundable.
- If cancellations occur due to any visa issues, conditions 1 and 2 are still applicable.
- Fees payable to MarQuest Ltd do not include travel and accommodation costs.
- Overseas customers are welcome to register and attend our courses. MarQuest cannot be held responsible for, or liable for, any losses associated with unsuccessful visa applications.
- We reserve the right to send course invitations only after payment in full, including UK taxes, is received.
- All courses are provisional until confirmed by MarQuest.
